An AI audit that tells you what is actually broken

A structured review of your accounts, tracking and workflows, ending in a written action plan ranked by impact. You get the findings whether or not you work with us afterwards.

What an AI audit covers

An AI audit is a diagnostic review of a company's marketing stack, advertising accounts, measurement setup and internal workflows, identifying wasted spend, broken tracking, and the specific places where automation or AI would save meaningful time.

The value is in specificity. A generic 'you should use more AI' recommendation is worthless. What is useful is knowing that a particular campaign is wasting a measurable share of budget on search terms nobody reviewed, that a conversion action is double-counting, or that a reporting task consuming several hours a week could be automated this month.

What's included

Ad account review

Structure, spend efficiency, wasted budget and measurement integrity across every active platform.

Conversion tracking verification

Whether what you are optimising toward reflects real business outcomes, and whether the numbers are even accurate.

Marketing stack mapping

What tools you pay for, what overlaps, and what nobody actually uses.

Workflow analysis

Where your team's hours go, and which of those hours are spent on genuinely automatable work.

AI opportunity assessment

Specific, named places where automation would save time, with realistic estimates rather than vendor claims.

Data and reporting review

Whether your reporting answers the questions leadership actually asks.

Prioritised action plan

Every finding ranked by impact against effort, so you know what to do first.

Written findings you keep

A document that stands on its own, useful whether we work together or not.

How we run it

Access and discovery

Read-only access to your accounts and a conversation about how your team actually works day to day.

Quantify the waste

We measure what is being lost rather than describing it qualitatively, so the case for fixing it is concrete.

Check the measurement layer

Tracking verified end to end, because every optimisation decision downstream depends on it being right.

Assess AI fit honestly

We identify where automation genuinely helps and say plainly where it would add complexity without saving time.

Deliver and walk through

A written plan ranked by impact, plus a session to talk through it and answer questions.

Who this is for

An AI audit suits companies already spending meaningfully on marketing who suspect the return could be better but cannot pinpoint why. It is especially useful before changing agency, before a budget increase, or when reporting and reality seem to disagree. It is less useful for very early-stage companies with little spend history — there simply isn't enough data yet to diagnose.

Frequently asked questions

What do we actually receive?
A written document with findings, quantified waste where we can measure it, and a prioritised action plan ranked by impact against effort. Plus a session to walk through it. The document is yours regardless of what you decide afterwards.
Do we have to work with you afterwards?
No. The audit is deliberately structured to stand alone, and plenty of findings are things your existing team or agency can act on. If we are the right people to implement, we will say so; if we are not, we will say that too.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your advertising accounts and analytics is usually enough. We do not need the ability to change anything during an audit, and we would rather not have it.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many platforms are in scope and how complex the account structures are. We will give you a timeframe before starting rather than an open-ended engagement.
Will you just tell us to buy more AI tools?
No. Most audits find that the highest-value fixes are unglamorous: correcting conversion tracking, cutting wasted spend, restructuring campaigns. AI recommendations appear where they genuinely save time, and we will say plainly when a tool would add complexity without paying for itself.
What if the audit finds our current agency is doing fine?
Then we tell you that. It happens, and saying so is more useful to you than manufacturing problems to justify a pitch. An honest 'this is largely working' is a legitimate outcome.
